Our caregivers are available for hourly, partial day, overnight and 24 hour care depending on the client’s requirements. Who are these home caregivers? We have an extensive panel of carefully selected, screened and vetted individuals with a variety of experiences from Registered Nurses, Nurses Aids, Home Helps, Personal Care Providers, Homemakers and Companions from which we select the most appropriate for you. What kind of training do you provide your home caregivers with? We provide our home caregivers with extensive initial training and thereafter continuous training on relevant topics so as to ensure that our caregivers are constantly building on their level of knowledge and skills. We charge an hourly rate for our services and base the price on the level of care chosen. Depending on the mix of services and the level of care required, the number of hours will naturally vary from client to client as their needs differ. Our coordinator will clearly identify for you all of the costs involved and what you can expect in return from the caregiver well in advance of any agreement being entered into. Can I get any government support? Yes, the government provides a number of financial supports for carers and for in-home care. Income tax relief at your top rate of tax is available. This means you could avail of a significant reduction in the cost of our services by claiming this relief as part of your tax credits and so you receive the benefit immediately as part of your wages or salary.
