Rigorous vetting
As you are effectively inviting a stranger into your home it is
vital that we have a robust and stringent vetting procedure for
all of our caregivers. Each caregiver employed by us is inteviewed
in depth to ensure that they can and want to live up to our vision
“To be the leading care provider that enables our clients
get the most from life”.
In addition, a full background check similar to that initiated for
childcare and security industries is undertaken. Only after this
and a satisfactory reference check is undertaken from previous employers
to ensure that this person is right for the role, will that person
be considered for recruitment and training.
Extensive and ongoing
training
Each of our caregivers goes through an initial extensive training
programme to ensure that we deliver superior care to our clients
in a consistant manner. Because we believe in continuous improvement,
on-going training is an integral part of our daily working lives,
we insist that each caregiver continues in a structured manner,
to be further trained as part of our skills development programme.
Quality control
Our supervisors constantly assess the performance of our caregivers
and visit with them periodically while they are in the home. This
means we can constantly monitor the level of care being provided
and thus guarantee that the highest standards are maintained at
all times. In addition, because of our “family centred”
approach and commitment to open and frank communications, you will
have the comfort of knowing that you and your family will have an
opportunity to be involved in and contribute to this on-going process
of ensuring that the care being provided is the most relevant and
is of the highest possible standard.
Consistency and
continuity
These are two hallmarks of success for us. We have developed processes
and procedures to ensure that we consistently deliver the right
level of care required. For this reason we have caregivers with
different experiences and skills depending on the requirement of
our client. Through our initial consultation we accurately match
the most appropriate caregiver to our client on a needs requirement
and best-fit basis.
Where possible we ensure that the allocated individual becomes the
primary caregiver on a continuing basis for the client so that a
relationship can be formed to the benefit of the client. Again,
this leads to improved peace of mind and a greater sense of wellbeing
